What the publisher says
Wave Coordinator is an agentic AI assistant for Manhattan Active® Warehouse Management (MAWM) that helps wave planners and supervisors troubleshoot allocation shortages and deselections so inventory and location issues can be resolved quickly and affected order lines can be re‑waved.
It uses AI to summarize deselections across recent waves, highlight impacted orders and open deselections, and provide SKU‑level failure reasons and quantities, eliminating the need to piece together SCI reports and multiple UIs. The agent then analyzes inventory in storage, non‑storage, and in‑transit locations and indicates whether current or upcoming inventory can cover the shorted demand. Based on this context, it recommends concrete remedial actions, such as prioritizing putaway, pickup, or replenishment tasks, acting on condition‑coded stock, or adjusting pick/replenishment zones so available inventory can be allocated in subsequent waves.

Insights on wave deselections with SKU‑level reasons
Aggregates deselected items by failure reason code and quantity, so users can see which SKUs and causes drive the most shortages across a wave, a time window, or the last N waves.
Identify available inventory for deselected SKUs
Checks allocatable storage inventory plus staging, received iLPNs, and in‑transit stock to determine if and where inventory exists to resolve those deselections.
Recommend inventory alternatives to resolve deselections
Proposes next‑best actions tied to real locations, LPNs, and tasks—for example prioritizing specific replenishments, moving stock into allocatable zones, or clearing blocking condition codes—so shortages can be turned into fulfillable demand in upcoming waves.
Improved outcomes supported by internal documentation:
Reduce order lead times
By accelerating root‑cause analysis of deselections and guiding users to the right inventory and tasks, the agent helps issues get resolved sooner and order lines re‑waved faster instead of waiting on manual investigation.
Improve order fill rates
The agent explicitly targets allocation shortages that impact fill rates, surfaces SKU‑level reasons, and finds fulfillable inventory across the network, supporting higher successful allocation and re‑wave rates.
Increase employee responsiveness
Wave planners and supervisors get a single conversational entry point and integrated UI to see deselections, understand why they occurred, and act on recommendations without jumping across multiple reports and screens, enabling quicker operational response to at‑risk work.

The SettleTop steps above are possible but not automated yet, so today they sit open and a perfect 10 is out of reach. Open information like firmographics and reach has fewer steps to climb, so it sits a little higher for the same visible evidence.
