What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Overview
Hartley is an AI-powered IT support agent that lets employees raise, track, and resolve ServiceNow tickets in plain language from Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot — with no ServiceNow portal or web form required. This offer deploys the Hartley gateway, the secure Azure-hosted backend that connects your Copilot agent to your ServiceNow instance, into your own Azure subscription, so your data never leaves your tenant.

Value proposition
Employees get IT help where they already work, in natural language, removing the friction of portals and forms. Organizations gain faster ticket logging and resolution, higher self-service deflection, reduced service-desk load, and accurate per-user ownership and audit trails — while keeping all data and credentials inside their own Microsoft tenant.
Key capabilities
- Natural-language ServiceNow — create incidents and catalog requests, check status, and search the knowledge base by chatting.
- True per-user identity — with single sign-on, every ticket is created under the signed-in employee's own ServiceNow identity.
- Microsoft Teams escalation — incidents and requests post to your IT channels as adaptive cards with @mentions.
- Your data, your tenant — the gateway runs in your subscription and secrets stay in your Key Vault; OAuth 2.0 with Microsoft Entra ID, HTTPS-only, TLS 1.2+.
Business audience
IT service-desk and ITSM teams, employee-experience and digital-workplace leaders, and IT operations teams that run ServiceNow alongside Microsoft 365, Teams, and Copilot. Security and compliance stakeholders benefit from the in-tenant, bring-your-own-subscription deployment model.
Target industries
Cross-industry — suitable for any organization running ServiceNow, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, technology, retail, education, and government and public sector.
Getting started
Deploy this gateway, then install the companion "ServiceNow Copilot Agent (Hartley)" from Microsoft AppSource and point its connector at your gateway endpoint using the key from your Key Vault. Prerequisites: an Azure subscription, a ServiceNow instance, and a Microsoft Entra ID tenant; Microsoft Teams is optional and used only for escalation. Support: support@bistecglobal.com.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
