Benivo supports four core areas:
- Relocation Services
Benivo delivers high-touch, consultant-led relocation services powered by technology. Our relocation consultants support employees and families through the full move journey, while the Benivo platform automates administrative work, tracks milestones, manages suppliers, and provides real-time visibility.
Benivo supports managed moves, managed budget, core-flex, lump sum, VIP and executive relocation, early career programs, and project mobility. Our global supplier network covers household goods, temporary housing, destination services, partner support, home sale, pet shipment, and other relocation services.
- Mobility Tech
Benivo Mobility Tech acts as the system of record for Global Mobility. It brings together case data, workflows, documents, approvals, cost estimates, vendor activity, dashboards, payroll reporting, compensation accumulation, expense reimbursement, and reporting in one secure platform.
The platform integrates with HR systems, HCM platforms, SSO, ATS, ServiceNow, Workday, immigration providers, tax providers, and relocation suppliers. This reduces duplicate data entry, removes manual chasing, and gives Mobility teams real-time control over the full program.
- Immigration Management
Benivo helps companies centralize immigration activity without forcing them to replace their existing immigration provider. The Immigration Management Hub tracks visa cases, renewal dates, expiry dates, case status, budget forecasts, supplier activity, and key compliance milestones.
Benivo can work with providers such as Fragomen, Newland Chase, BAL, Envoy, Deloitte, EY, Vialto, and other immigration partners. The platform gives HR, Mobility, and business stakeholders one place to track immigration data, manage renewals, reduce last-minute emergencies, and improve audit readiness.
- Business Travel Compliance and Work from Abroad
Benivo helps companies assess and manage compliance risks for business travel, project mobility, remote work, and work-from-abroad requests. The platform can assess tax, immigration, social security, permanent establishment, posted worker, certificate of coverage, and A1 requirements using configurable workflows.
Once an assessment is completed, Benivo can trigger the relevant next steps automatically, including document generation, approvals, compliance services, issue posted worker notifications, A1, certificate of coverage, business visas, evisas, vendor initiation, employee notifications, and case tracking. This helps companies move from manual assessment and email chasing to automated workflows and real-time compliance visibility.
Mobility Intelligence (MI)
Benivo won the FEM EMMA Award for its groundbreaking MI technology, a suite of AI agents and purpose-built solutions for Global Mobility. MI can resolve up to 90% of employee questions, deliver accurate immigration assessments in as little as 90 seconds, identify tax optimization opportunities, and enable dynamic conversations with your mobility data, helping teams work faster, smarter, and more strategically.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
