NextChat Usage:
$ sudo su
$ apt update
$ cd /opt/nextchat
$ docker compose up -d
$ Check status: docker ps -a
$ Open NextChat in your browser and make sure to open port 3000 in security group if needed:

Note: Before starting, Edit nano /opt/nextchat/.env, add your API key (and optional access password), then save. Review these settings before going live.
