Sheetgo AI Agent operates spreadsheet-based workflows through plain language. Ask it to run a process, check whether data is current, pull the figures you need, reconcile records across sources, or send a report, and it does the work in the spreadsheets and systems your team already uses. Before anything consequential, it asks a person.
Who it is for. Teams whose operations run in Google Sheets or Excel, with data arriving from forms, shared folders, and business systems, and who want that work done reliably without building or maintaining scripts. Existing Sheetgo customers can operate the workflows they already run from Gemini Enterprise. Google Cloud partners can deploy it for clients whose processes live in spreadsheets.
What you can ask it to do. Find a workflow and run it. Tell you which workflows ran, failed, or have not run this week. Check when a dataset last synced and warn you if it is stale. Pull specific columns from a tab and answer questions about them. Merge several sheets into one, filter a subset, split a master file into per-team copies, remove duplicates, or join two tables on a shared key. Generate a report or a PDF document from the data. Send an email with the results. Watch a threshold or a due date and alert the right person when it is crossed.

What Sheetgo does underneath. The agent is the interface. Sheetgo Workflows is the execution engine, and everything the agent does runs as a governed Sheetgo connection, so it is repeatable, schedulable, and logged.
A connection moves data from a source through a data processor to a destination. Sources and destinations include Google Sheets, Excel files on OneDrive, SharePoint, or Dropbox, shared folders, Sheetgo Forms, BigQuery, and any system reachable by API or webhook. Data processors transform the data in between: Merge, Filter, Split, Left-Join, Anonymize, remove duplicates, and an AI processor for steps that need judgment. Connections run on a smart schedule or on automation triggers, so the work happens without anyone opening a file. Outputs include Sheetgo Dashboards, generated documents and PDFs, and mail merge or notification emails.
Because the agent works through these connections rather than editing cells directly, the same request produces the same result every time, and every run is recorded.
Your data stays where it is. The agent does not bring its own database. The system of record is a Google Sheets file in your Drive, under your Workspace admin controls, your sharing rules, your retention policy, and your audit log. There is nothing to migrate on day one and nothing locked in on the last day. When you outgrow the spreadsheet, the same connections feed BigQuery.
