AIEX, codeword (Alex), is an AI extraction app that utilizes Power Automate Desktop, OpenAI API and Power Apps to create an app designed to seamlessly extract entities out of pdfs, docx, images (OCR) and txt files using an intuitive and modern interface.
The app is pre-configured to extract information from contracts and invoices from a users machine or SharePoint that enables the effective management of renewals through reminders and ownership allocation.
AIEX provides the following key capabilities:
- Extracting important information from legal documents.
- Extracting key information from invoices / purchase orders.
- Dataverse storage system in app that provides the ability to create a folder hire-archy and store and download any kind of file from the system.
- The ability to customize the prompt used for extraction of information.
- An integrated custom mode that allows for extracting custom information out of any documents.
- An user-setup notification system for reminders regarding the renewal of legal documents.
- An user-setup notification system for reminders regarding the status of invoice / purchase orders.
- A dashboard system for legal contracts describing their current status and over-all monetary value.
