What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
- Description of the offer
AptConnect is an AI-powered communication platform that unifies email, team chat, voice, calendar, and travel into one workspace where every interaction shares the same intelligent context. This listing deploys AptConnect into the customer's Azure subscription as a Managed Application — all resources (Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure Functions, Front Door, Application Insights) provision in the customer's tenant with private endpoints and customer-owned encryption keys.

- Type of user that benefits from the offer
- Travel agencies and travel management companies that operate across email, voice, chat, and GDS systems and need the same context to follow a traveler across channels.
- Customer service organizations that want cross-channel AI (email reply drafts reference the prior voice call, chat messages reference recent bookings).
- Enterprises with strict data residency requirements: AptConnect's managed-application model keeps every byte in the customer's Azure tenant, in a region the customer selects.
- IT and security teams that want to audit and revoke the vendor's access at any time. AptConnect has scoped Contributor access to a single resource group, nothing more.
- Customer need or pain
- Teams stitch context together manually across disconnected email, chat, voice, and booking systems, wasting 10+ minutes per customer interaction on discovery.
- Agents re-ask customers questions they already answered in another channel, damaging the experience and inflating average handle time.
- Data residency rules prevent adoption of hosted SaaS AI tools; customers need the AI layer to run inside their own cloud tenant, not on a vendor's multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Existing tools solve one channel at a time — a voice AI here, an email assistant there — without a unified customer record. AptConnect is the cross-channel context layer that ties them together.
Test deployment
Click Get it now, create a new resource group (e.g. aptconnect-cert-test-rg) in East US, application name aptconnect-cert-test. Set environment=development, organizationId=microsoft-cert-test, enableCompute=true, and leave other toggles at their defaults. Deployment takes 12-18 minutes.
Validation
Confirm the Managed Application resource is created. Under Parameters and outputs, verify cosmosDbEndpoint, keyVaultUri, frontDoorEndpoint, and managedIdentityPrincipalId are present.

The voice line, PIN, email address, and web URL are in the Credentials section. This PIN is dedicated to Microsoft certification so reviewer usage is attributable. Voice, email, and web share one AptContext session — start from any channel, context follows.
Teardown
Delete the resource group aptconnect-cert-test-rg. Validation cost under 10 USD if deleted within 4 hours.
Notification webhook
https://api.aptconnect.me/marketplace/azure/notification validates Microsoft Entra JWKS signatures (kid/sig/issuer/audience/exp), returns 200 on valid, 401 on invalid.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
