What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
QBot is an Azure‑native AI platform delivered by Antares in strategic partnership with Microsoft, designed specifically for law firms. QBot lets firms build, deploy and manage custom legal AI agents within their own Azure tenancy, ensuring that deployment, configuration and data remain under the firm’s control. QBot integrates smoothly with existing systems such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint and provides capabilities for contract review, precedent drafting, contextual search and retrieval, paralegal support and analytics. Antares provides expert setup and ongoing enhancements, and there is a limited‑time commercial incentive: request a tailored QBot session before 19 December to receive 15% off the onboarding fee (one‑off) and 10% off licence fees for the first six months.
Many law firms struggle with fragmented document workflows, slow contract review and inconsistent drafting practices that waste lawyer time and increase risk. Firms frequently find it difficult to locate the right precedents and clauses quickly, while routine legal tasks and triage work create bottlenecks that divert senior lawyers from higher‑value matters. At the same time, there is growing concern about data security and compliance when using AI tools hosted off‑platform; firms need solutions that preserve data sovereignty and meet regulatory requirements. New tools also face adoption risk unless they integrate with existing systems and cause minimal disruption to established workflows.

QBot addresses these challenges by accelerating contract review and due diligence through AI‑driven extraction and summarisation of key clauses and risks, reducing time spent on routine review. The platform improves drafting consistency by providing reusable templates and AI‑assisted legal language, which reduces rework and elevates quality across matters. Custom legal agents can triage client queries, prepare preliminary documents and provide paralegal support at scale, freeing lawyers to focus on higher‑value work. Because QBot is deployed within the firm’s Azure tenancy, client data does not leave the firm’s environment, maintaining data sovereignty, governance and access control. Seamless integration with Teams, SharePoint and other applications means the platform fits into existing workflows with minimal disruption, and analytics provide actionable insight into usage and performance so firms can measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
