What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Pimics Recommendations is a tool that connects customer support with your product portfolio in real time. It uses data from the Product Information Management module – specifically from the Pimics solution – and dynamically displays relevant product and service information to the operator during the call based on the topic being discussed with the customer.

- Increases the speed and quality of customer service
Thanks to the automatic display of relevant product information in real time, the operator does not have to spend time manually searching for data or browsing the catalog. The customer thus receives fast and accurate answers, which significantly improves the overall impression of the communication.
- Strengthens the competence of operators thanks to immediate access to information
Even a less experienced customer service worker can act as a well-informed expert, which supports trust and professionalism in communication with the customer.
- Helps increase the business value of each call
Based on the topic of the call, the system recommends suitable accessories, alternative products with higher added value or relevant services. This enables targeted cross-selling and up-selling without pressure.
- Reduces the risk of errors and inaccurate information
All product data is drawn directly from the central Pimics system, which serves as a clear and up-to-date source of truth (so-called single source of truth). This acts as a prevention of unnecessary complaints or misunderstandings.
Functions:
- The application reacts to the content of the call in real time
The system continuously monitors the conversation and identifies keywords, topics or specific products and services that the customer mentions.
- Displays relevant information from Pimics
The operator immediately sees related products, variants, technical specifications, additional services or available promotions - without the need for manual search.
- Contextual recommendation of products and topics
Based on the course of the call, the system suggests alternatives, accessories or additional services, thus supporting cross-sell and up-sell. Similarly, the system will recommend questions according to the product service manual (if included).
- Direct connection to the Pimics PIM system
Ensures that operators work with up-to-date, centralized and validated product data - across channels and departments.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
