The missing commerce layer for AI agents
AgentRails is enterprise AI agent infrastructure that gives your agents autonomous payment capabilities via the x402 protocol. Build with Copilot Studio, govern with policies and audit trails, pay with USDC — from development to production, guardrails included.

The x402 protocol replaces API keys with HTTP-native payments. When an agent calls a protected API, the server returns 402 Payment Required with the price. The agent pays instantly in USDC and gets access — no signup, no credentials, no subscription tiers.
Why AgentRails?
- 5 SDK integrations — LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Copilot Studio
- Enterprise governance — Per-agent spending limits, approval workflows, kill switches, and full audit trails
- Microsoft 365 native — Copilot Studio plugins let finance teams query x402 revenue and manage agents in Microsoft Teams
- Instant USDC settlement — Payments settle in milliseconds on-chain with cryptographic proof
- Zero credential management — No API keys to provision, rotate, or leak. Agents pay per-request.
- Open source foundation — Core protocol implementation on GitHub. Enterprise features layered on top.
How it works
- Agent calls any API — No signup required. Standard HTTP request. Server returns 402 with the price.
- Agent pays instantly — SDK checks budget limits, signs a USDC payment authorization, and retries in one round trip.
- Data returned, settled on-chain — API delivers the response. Payment settles with cryptographic proof. Agent moves on.
Built on trusted infrastructure
AgentRails integrates with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Circle (USDC), Coinbase (Base network), and the x402 open protocol. Deploy on your own infrastructure or use our hosted facilitator.

Compliance
- FedRAMPConfirmedNot listed90%, registry-checkedNo FedRAMP Marketplace entry matched this vendor's domain, checked 2026-08-27registry recordas observed 2026-08-27
Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
