@Sign turns Salesforce into a complete contract workspace. Teams generate, send, sign and track agreements from any record, and signed data flows straight back into Salesforce. That means no re-typing and no tab-hopping. Contract-intake forms are included at no extra charge. @Draft document generation and @Form Surveys are optional add-ons, and pricing is per user and gets cheaper as you grow. Zoho Sign is billed per document, so signers never need a licence.

Technically, @Sign is a native managed package built on Lightning Web Components and a single master Zoho Sign connection. Sign Mappings connect templates to any standard or custom object and its related records, with bi-directional field sync. @Draft generates documents in-org, with no external services. Public forms run on secure links or Experience Cloud, and requests and document generation can be triggered from Flow.
