Articulate helps you turn a training idea into a structured course outline without leaving Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork.
Writing the first draft of a course is usually the slowest part of building training. Instead, you describe what you need: the topic, who it is for, what they should be able to do afterward, and how in-depth it should go. Articulate turns that brief into an outline in your Articulate account for you to review and build

What you can do in Copilot
- Generate a course outline. Talk through the training you want, then generate an outline from that brief. Copilot returns a link to open it in Articulate.
- Find your existing courses. Search and browse the courses in your Articulate account by title, last-updated date, or publication date. Each result shows the title, when it was last updated, its format, and a link to open it.
What happens in Articulate
The outline is a starting structure, not a finished course. Reviewing the outline, generating full lesson content, editing, publishing, and sharing all happen in Articulate, not in Copilot. Copilot covers the brief-to-outline step and hands you a link to continue there.
Requirements and limitations
- A paid Articulate subscription is required. You sign in with your Articulate account the first time you use it. To create an account or start a trial, visit https://www.articulate.com.
- This integration must be enabled for your Articulate account. To request access, email success@articulate.com.
