What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Ekyam is a retail data agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot. It's designed for merchandising, operations, supply chain, and finance teams who need answers from their data without building reports or waiting on analysts.
Ask questions in natural language like "Which SKUs will run out of stock in the next 30 days?", "What's my vendor scorecard for Q1?", "Show me customer retention by cohort", or "Run a demand forecast for this category." Ekyam pulls from across your tech stack, systems like your ERP, WMS, OMS, POS, and e-commerce platform, and returns numbers from the correct source of truth for each metric.

Ekyam's pre-built retail data model resolves entities, enforces consistent metric definitions, and establishes source hierarchy rules across your systems. Your business rules, taxonomies, and metric logic are embedded in the model itself, so the agent isn't relearning how your data works with every question. The result: lower token cost, faster answers, and the same answer every time regardless of who's asking.
Go deeper when you need to: run demand forecasts, analyze customer cohorts, measure price elasticity, track vendor OTIF, or assess promotional effectiveness. All from a single conversation in Copilot.
What happens inside vs. outside Copilot: All querying, analysis, and reporting happens directly in the Copilot experience. Data source connections, model configuration, and account setup are managed in the Ekyam platform separately.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
