It surfaces usage volumes, engagement patterns, and adoption signals inside the Copilot experience — answering the question every agent maker asks: "How is my agent landing with users?"

Insights Agent consolidates these signals into a single, privacy-safe interface so owners can determine whether an agent is growing, sticky, and worth continued investment.

Limitations, Conditions & Exceptions
- Data freshness: Metrics refresh approximately every 3–4 hours; results are not real-time.
- Tenant-scoped: Data is aggregated and tenant-scoped. No Personal Identifiable Information is exposed. Insights Agent does not support user-level or cohort retention metrics. We only report aggregate, privacy-safe usage metrics.
- Agent scope: Insights Agent surfaces usage about agents the requesting user has access to within their tenant. If no qualifying agents exist for the user, no results will be returned.
- Supported agent types: Declarative agents on the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform.
