For the best and most complete experience, Workforce Insights is designed to work with connected Human Capital Management (HCM) systems—such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors—powered through the Organizational Data Ingestion service in Microsoft 365, enabling richer and more reliable workforce attributes beyond basic identity data. If your tenant relies only on identity data (for example, Entra ID), available insights may be limited or vary in quality depending on how that data is maintained.
