As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
SAP Joule revolutionizes how you interact with your SAP business systems, making every touch-point count and every task simpler. SAP Joule guides you through content discovery within the SAP Ecosystem providing transparent role-based access to the relevant processes from everywhere.
Leveraging its generative AI capabilities, SAP Joule aims to understand your requests, retrieve information, and complete your tasks in a conversational way. For example, instead of manually navigating to a feature or page buried deep, you can describe the current task to Joule, who can help automate tasks or take you to places where you can find desired data.

When SAP Joule integrates with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams, you can link to your business information, find the information to complete your tasks, navigate to the required functionality, and retrieve necessary information from the SAP Help Portal or from documents uploaded to the SAP Joule system without leaving the application you're working in. The app connects to SAP Solutions that have been previously integrated with SAP Joule and allows SAP Solution users to connect with relevant business data.
SAP Joule supports three capability types: transactional, navigational, and informational. Depending on the capabilities available with your SAP solution, you can use SAP Joule to find and navigate to apps, find business information, complete tasks, and find product information.
- Transactional: A transactional capability can help customers create, view, update or delete business data without having to navigate to the respective apps.
- Navigational: A navigational capability helps users find and navigate to the functionality or apps they're looking for without having to go through multiple links to reach a destination.
- Informational: An informational capability helps users retrieve necessary information from the SAP Help Portal or documents uploaded to the Joule service if you've Set Up Document Grounding. Joule searches available documentation and its own knowledge base to find the answer to your query and summarizes the search results and provides the summarization as the answer to your question, along with the top three search results.
Note: To use SAP Joule with Microsoft 365 Copilot / Microsoft Teams, you must have a license for Microsoft 365 Copilot / Microsoft Teams and have a licensed SAP Solution integrated with SAP Joule. For more information click here.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
