What the publisher says

Stop Manual Data-Entry: Turn Attachments into Trusted ERP Data with AI

Overview

Somebody on your team pays the difference every day: reading invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading and quotes, checking them line by line against the order, then typing what they find into D365 BC.

Show the rest of the publisher’s description (44 more lines)

In the age of AI, shouldn't we automate this, filling ERP forms straight from attached documents?

GEM365 AI Auto-filler & Auditor reads documents attached to your D365 entities with Azure AI, audits them against your Business Central records, and fills the purchase or sales document for you. It works inside BC, on the pages your team already uses. Nothing is written without someone saying yes, and each vendor's and customer's preferences are learned as you go, so next time processing is even faster.

Key Features

Read

  • Reads attachments with Azure AI per document type
  • Entities: Purchase, Sales, Vendor, Customer, Released Production Orders, Transfer Orders
  • Define your own sub types, Invoice, Bill of Lading, Quote, Manifest, Proof of Delivery, and more
  • Each sub type carries its own prompt and compare template
  • Choose live progress dialog or background Job Queue extraction
  • Background extraction shows queued status, notifies on completion, stores failure reasons
  • The same file is never sent to Azure twice, stored results are reused to save tokens

Audit

  • Audits purchase/sales documents plus Vendor, Customer, Production Order and Transfer Order records against multiple attachments
  • Compares header fields and lines both ways, what's only on your record vs. only on the attachment
  • An AI judge recognizes "Net 30 days" and "30 DAYS" as equivalent, with a confidence score per verdict
  • Choose exactly which fields are compared, per sub type
  • Reads complementary attachments (e.g. invoice + bill of lading) as one body of evidence
  • Flag and fix mismatches, or create missing lines, without leaving the comparison

Auto Fill & Bulk Upload

  • Upload files via "New with AI", a fully proposed document is drafted, ready to apply
  • Side-by-side review: auto-filled form on the left, attachment on the right
  • Every proposed value explains its source and can be ignored individually
  • Source PDF stays pinned beside the form, click any value to see where it sits
  • Multi-stage party matching: VAT number, exact name, word match, short name, then AI as last resort
  • Printed wordings and article numbers matched to your items; new goods become items in one click
  • Four ways to fill an unmatched line: as on document, posting history, Text-to-Account Mapping, or AI suggestion (70%+ confidence)
  • Folds repeated charges to one G/L account into a single reversible line
  • All-or-nothing apply through BC's own validation; re-running updates lines instead of duplicating
  • Queue-style UI after bulk upload shows status of each document's extraction and review

Learn

  • The fill model and aggregation you approve become that vendor's/customer's default next time
  • Learned preferences are listed, editable and deletable, never a black box

Setup & Governance

  • Runs on your own Azure resources, your subscription, region and invoice; no credits to buy, no data routed through us
  • One setup card, with one-click default configuration
  • Content goes to Azure only after explicit consent
  • API keys held in Isolated Storage, never in a table, cleaned up when a configuration is deleted

Requirements

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central, Essentials or Premium (Premium required for Released Production Order features)
  • Azure subscription with Azure AI Document Intelligence or Content Understanding, plus Azure OpenAI for comparison features
  • A Job Queue configured, if using background extraction

Getting Started

Reading the score

Disclosure · how many sources corroborate it

NoneNo source has it. Shown red, because Unknown means Unknown.
1 sourceA single place has it. A listing and its certification page and policy docs on one marketplace count as one source.
2+ contestedTwo or more sources cover it but they do not agree. The disagreement is shown, never dropped.
2+ agreeingTwo or more genuinely separate sources agree: another marketplace, or an outside record.
Steps below are possible but not automated yet, so today they sit open.
SettleTop confirmedSettleTop confirms it directly.

Evidence · what kind of evidence backs it

NoneNo source discloses it.
PublicPublicly available info, such as reviews, listing age, or vendor firmographics like legal entity and headquarters.
Vendor statedThe vendor's own claim on its marketplace listing, website, or policy documents.
Self-attestedThe vendor's self-attested certification or operator program, a marketplace program rather than an independent audit.
Steps below are possible but not automated yet, so today they sit open.
Vendor providedThe vendor hands SettleTop the underlying material, such as an SBOM or a data policy.
Vendor attestedThe vendor signs an attestation to SettleTop.
SettleTop verifiedSettleTop verifies it directly.

The SettleTop steps above are possible but not automated yet, so today they sit open and a perfect 10 is out of reach. Open information like firmographics and reach has fewer steps to climb, so it sits a little higher for the same visible evidence.

Information shown here reflects the best available information at the time of assessment and may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to change. It should be independently verified before being relied upon for any decision. SettleTop is not liable for any errors, omissions, or decisions made in reliance on this information.
