What the publisher says

As described on Microsoft Marketplace.

# Description (Rich Text)

**Origo Cloud Events Landsbankinn** connects your Business Central environment directly to Landsbankinn's banking services through the Cloud Events platform — a message-based integration layer that gives external systems, AI agents, and automation tools structured access to Business Central data and procedures via OData. Any MCP-compatible client, REST caller, or BC process can invoke banking operations through the same Queue → Task → Data API pattern used across the entire Cloud Events ecosystem.

### Who is this for?

**Finance teams and accounting professionals at Icelandic companies** that bank with Landsbankinn and use Business Central. Automates bank statement retrieval, payment batch submission, claim management, and foreign payment processing — replacing manual bank portal workflows with API-driven automation.

**Target industries:** All industries in Iceland that use Landsbankinn for corporate banking — financial services, professional services, retail, manufacturing, distribution.

### What it does

This extension adds Landsbankinn-specific message types to the Cloud Events platform, enabling automated banking operations without custom development:

**Bank Statements**

  • Retrieve account statements for any date range with full transaction detail

**Claims Management (Kröfur)**

  • Query claims by status, date, and payer
  • Create, alter, cancel, and re-create claim batches
  • Track async operation results for batch submissions
  • Query payments received against claims

**Payments**

  • Submit domestic payment batches
  • Retrieve payment batch results and individual payment statuses
  • Create and query foreign payments (SWIFT/IBAN)

**Reference Data & Utilities**

  • Get official Landsbankinn currency exchange rates
  • Verify Icelandic bank account numbers
  • Query card transactions
  • Query unpaid invoices and payment slips

**Self-Documentation**

  • Built-in help accessible via the `Help.Landsbankinn.Get` message type

### How it works

External systems (ERP integrations, e-commerce platforms, automation tools) submit requests by posting to the Cloud Events Queue API. Business Central processes the request through the appropriate Landsbankinn handler and delivers results through the Data API. No direct BC page interaction is required.

### Requirements

  • **Origo Cloud Events Core** must be installed (provides the message queue infrastructure)
  • Valid Landsbankinn API credentials (client certificate and kennitala)
  • IS localization (Iceland)

### Who is it for

Icelandic businesses using Business Central that need automated banking operations with Landsbankinn — statement imports, claim management, payment submissions, and account verification — driven by external systems or scheduled jobs.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
