At the core of Supply Logic 365 is SL AutoBot, an integrated AI-powered automation engine designed to transform the way ship suppliers process faster RFQs by 100%

SL AutoBot captures RFQs from email, PDF, Excel, images and maritime procurement portals, converts unstructured information into structured Business Central data, and intelligently matches requested items against the company's product catalogue and purchasing history.

AI RFQ Capture → Item Matching → Sales Quotation → Vendor Comparison → Purchasing → Inventory → Warehouse → Delivery → Finance

Sales teams can process RFQs faster with multi-currency pricing, markups, contract pricing and real-time stock information. Customers using Supply Logic's integrated AI automation can significantly reduce RFQ processing time and increase operational capacity.

Procurement teams can compare supplier offers through the Vendor Comparison Matrix, while suppliers can submit pricing efficiently through the Vendor E-Form.
