The solution eliminates manually coded ETL and static SQL by using intelligent AI agents to dynamically generate, validate, and execute transformation logic with built-in governance and audit controls.
Built on a Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold), the platform orchestrates ELT workflows across procurement, receiving, invoicing, and payments:

Bronze Layer – Raw ERP data is securely ingested and stored in its native format. At this stage, AI agents perform metadata enrichment, automatically classifying, tagging, mapping, and contextualizing procurement attributes to create a structured and governed data foundation.

Silver Layer – Data is standardized, cleansed, and harmonized across ERP sources. AI agents apply procurement-specific business rules, generate transformation logic, enforce automated data quality checks, and manage schema alignment, ensuring consistency and audit readiness across entities.

Gold Layer – Business-ready, analytics-optimized Gold Layer tables are generated through AI-driven transformations, converting curated Silver datasets into semantic models designed for BI dashboards, operational reporting, and advanced analytics. Historical changes are maintained using SCD Type 2 to support compliance and audit requirements.
While ingestion occurs through secure, scalable pipelines, AI agents operate across Bronze and Silver layers to enrich metadata and drive intelligent transformations into Gold, creating a fully governed, finance-grade analytics foundation.
The solution supports rapid onboarding from leading ERP and procurement systems including SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Coupa, and Ariba, consolidating fragmented Procure-to-Pay data into a unified, AI-governed analytics platform. Supported data includes purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, goods receipts, invoices, payments, approvals, supplier master data, and audit events.
At the analytics layer, Dataplatr delivers curated Gold Layer semantic models optimized for Procure-to-Pay use cases, enabling AI-enhanced insights into spend, maverick spend, contract compliance, cycle times, discount utilization, overdue liabilities, supplier concentration, and exception trends.
A built-in AI-powered natural-language chatbot allows business users to query procurement and payment data using plain English without SQL.
The solution is built entirely on BigQuery, Vertex AI, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), and Dataform, delivering secure, scalable, and AI-driven Procure-to-Pay analytics for finance-driven organizations.
