Law firms lose business development to timing. A regulatory change, an enforcement action, a market move creates a need at a client or a target, and by the time a partner reads about it, someone else has made the call. Scout closes that gap.
Scout is a business-development intelligence agent that runs inside your firm's Microsoft 365. Every day it reviews the regulatory and market sources you choose, matches what changed to the practice areas and people in your firm profile, and posts each opportunity to a Microsoft Teams channel: what happened, why it matters to a specific client or target, and the next step to take.
What Scout does
- Monitors the sources you choose. Scout ingests the regulatory and market feed you configure, and never re-processes an item it has already seen.
- Turns news into opportunities. It assesses each item against your firm profile, assigns a confidence, names the partner who should own it and why, and drafts the outreach.
- Delivers into Teams. Each opportunity arrives as an Adaptive Card in the channel your firm configures, with plain-language rationale and a suggested first move. No dashboard to check, no separate login.
- Keeps the partner in control. The outreach draft is editable on the card and goes to your reviewer, never to a client. Nothing is sent on a partner's behalf.
- Records what happened. Every delivered opportunity and every action taken is written to a SharePoint list, so business development becomes measurable rather than anecdotal.
Why it runs on Microsoft
Scout is a managed Power Platform solution. It deploys into your own tenant and runs on the Microsoft 365 investment you already have. Ingested items, opportunities and the action log stay in your SharePoint; the solution stores no customer data outside your tenant, and 3DH Consulting holds no standing access to it. Processing occurs within your Microsoft 365 tenant and is subject to Microsoft's EU Data Boundary commitments where applicable.
Scout is not a replacement for Microsoft Copilot. It adds a vertical business-development layer that Copilot does not ship: a defined source, a firm-specific matching step, delivery into the surface partners already use, and a record of what was acted on.
Who it is for
Law firms that want partners spending time on client work rather than scanning the news. Business-development and marketing teams that want a repeatable engine instead of ad-hoc alerts. Managing partners who want business development to be visible and measured.
Getting started
Scout is deployed and configured for your firm by 3DH Consulting. Setup is one short session: two SharePoint targets, the connections to your own Microsoft 365, your firm profile, and the Teams channel that receives the briefings. Opportunities begin arriving on the next run.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.

Unknown means this listing does not publish a repository. It is not a statement that the code is closed, and a linked repository is not a claim that the publisher wrote it: the registry computes that relationship privately and does not publish it.
Evidence risk is the share of the build you cannot see before you deploy, not a security rating. Sign in to see the layer-by-layer basis for this band.
