What the publisher says
As described on Microsoft Marketplace.
Enterprise teams can't rely on a single chatbot answer for decisions that must hold up to scrutiny: there's no grounding, no citation, no audit trail. QuanCog is an audit-grade cognitive layer that answers only from your own corpus, with every claim cited to source. Everyday queries get fast, grounded answers from a single model. With Council Mode, our governance feature for high-stakes questions, a council of leading models independently drafts and cross-examines the answer against your verified corpus, and a deterministic adjudication layer synthesizes a fully cited verdict, with the deliberation on record. It's built for compliance-sensitive, defensible decisions.
Why it's defensible. The advantage isn't routing to several models — anyone can do that. It's what they reason over (your verified, high-recall corpus) and what adjudicates them (deterministic governance, citation binding, and rejection of ungrounded claims), delivered as one packaged product.

Deployment and procurement. QuanCog is Azure cloud-first, with on-prem and Azure Arc hybrid options for regulated data. It runs natively on Azure (Azure AI Foundry, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Azure Container Apps) and is available as a transactable SaaS offer on Microsoft Marketplace — purchase through your existing Azure subscription and billing, with no new vendor onboarding.
QuanTuring Inc. is a Microsoft for Startups member.

Confirmed means matched to a public authoritative registry. Claimed means the vendor or its listing states it, not yet cross-checked. A framework not shown was not found in any source we hold, which is not evidence against it. Not listed means a scoped registry check found no match for this vendor's domain: a No is a scoped registry check, not a compliance judgment. Confidence bands: 95% domain-verified, 90% registry-checked, 80% self-attested, 70% weak signal. Self-attested items marked “vendor's site” are gathered from the vendor's own website and are not verified by us.
